Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with the service within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at admin@al-ai.net. After the 30-day period, all payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days. Since Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through Paddle's payment system. Cancellation of your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund — it simply stops future charges at the end of the current billing period.

Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

All payments for TA.AI subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle Payments Ltd), which acts as our Merchant of Record (MoR). This means Paddle is the entity that legally sells you the subscription, handles payment processing, sales tax/VAT calculation and collection, invoicing, and compliance with local payment regulations. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service (https://www.paddle.com/legal/terms) and Privacy Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy).
