TA.AI provides AI-powered stock technical analysis tools for informational and educational purposes. The service uses publicly available market data and AI models to generate analysis reports. We are an independent project and are NOT affiliated with any financial institution.

Not Financial Advice

Nothing in this application constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or consulting services. All AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and may contain errors. This analysis is not personalized to your financial situation, risk tolerance, investment objectives, or time horizon. We do not assess suitability for any individual user. We do not execute trades on your behalf and have no access to your brokerage accounts. You should always consult with a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18.

Data & Privacy

We collect your email address and display name for account management. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Analysis data may be cached to improve performance. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings.

Market Data Sources & Delays

Market data displayed in TA.AI is sourced from third-party providers. TA.AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by any stock exchange or index provider. All market data is provided on an 'as-is' basis and may be delayed, cached, or incomplete. Prices are typically refreshed every 1 to 15 minutes depending on the interval. You should not rely on the timeliness of data for time-sensitive trading decisions. S&P 500 and Dow Jones Industrial Average are trademarks of S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC. AI Limitations & Accuracy

TA.AI uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini) to generate analysis narratives and technical signal assessments. AI models are known to produce "hallucinations" — plausible-sounding but factually incorrect or fabricated information — without any warning. Market data sourced from third-party providers (including yfinance) may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. AI analysis may be based on outdated training data and may not reflect recent market events, corporate actions, earnings releases, or macroeconomic developments. Signals generated by the AI (Bullish, Bearish, Neutral, etc.) are algorithmic outputs for educational purposes, not the opinions of licensed human analysts, and should never be treated as investment recommendations. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is experimental in nature and may be substantially wrong.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

The information, analysis, indicators, patterns, and signal assessments provided by TA.AI are offered "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate due to the limitations of our data providers. We make no representation that the analysis will be correct, complete, current, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. Any reliance you place on the service is strictly at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TA.AI, its creators, contributors, affiliates, officers, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of or access to the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any investment or trading decision you make based on information obtained from the service; or (d) any third-party claims arising from your use of the service. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration provisions below, any dispute not resolved through arbitration shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. If you are an EU/EEA resident, you retain the right to bring claims in your local courts. If you are a US resident, you may opt out of arbitration as described above.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at admin@al-ai.net with a written description of your dispute and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve it informally. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, you and TA.AI agree that any remaining dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in Tel Aviv, Israel, in English or Hebrew, before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. You understand that by agreeing to arbitration, you are waiving your right to a jury trial. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or misappropriation, and either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies. OPT-OUT: You may opt out of the arbitration agreement within 30 days of creating your account by sending written notice to admin@al-ai.net with the subject line 'Arbitration Opt-Out'. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the courts specified in the Governing Law section.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AND TA.AI AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Unless both you and TA.AI agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of the arbitration provision shall be null and void, and the dispute shall proceed in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of the Terms page and, where reasonable, by posting a notice within the application. Your continued use of the service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service immediately. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All AI-generated analysis reports, signal assessments, charts, and other outputs produced by TA.AI remain the intellectual property of AL-AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these outputs for your personal, non-commercial educational and research purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative commercial products from the analysis outputs without our prior written consent. User-submitted data (stock symbols, positions, alerts) remains your property; however, we may use anonymized and aggregated usage data to improve our services.

Data Retention Schedule

We retain different types of data for different periods: Account data (email, display name, preferences) is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Analysis cache data is temporary and automatically purged after 4 hours. Price alert and position data is retained while your account is active. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations. Analytics event data (anonymized page visits, feature usage) is retained for up to 2 years. Application logs are rotated every 30 days. Database backups are retained for 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by deleting your account from your profile settings, or by contacting admin@al-ai.net.

Payment Security

TA.AI does not directly store, process, or have access to your credit card numbers or payment credentials. All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record), which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification. Your payment data is encrypted and processed entirely by Paddle's secure infrastructure. We only receive transaction confirmation details (subscription status, plan type, billing period) necessary to provide you with service access.

Jurisdiction & Availability

TA.AI may not be available in all jurisdictions. By using this service, you represent that your use complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. This service is not intended for, and should not be used by, residents of jurisdictions where such use would violate local securities, financial advisory, or data protection laws. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local regulations regarding the use of AI-generated financial analysis tools. The service is not available to persons subject to international economic sanctions.

Subscription & Billing

TA.AI, operated by AL-AI, offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Premium, Pro) billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing cycle. All prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected by our payment processor.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with the service within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at admin@al-ai.net. After the 30-day period, all payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days. Since Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through Paddle's payment system. Cancellation of your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund — it simply stops future charges at the end of the current billing period.

Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

All payments for TA.AI subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle Payments Ltd), which acts as our Merchant of Record (MoR). This means Paddle is the entity that legally sells you the subscription, handles payment processing, sales tax/VAT calculation and collection, invoicing, and compliance with local payment regulations. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service (https://www.paddle.com/legal/terms) and Privacy Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy).
